On October 18th, 2023, the Pre kick-off meeting of BIOTOOL-CHF was organized as online event. All partner were connected on Teams platform to present themselves and describe the activities foreseen in the first months of the project. The Project Coordinator, Luciano Potena, started the meeting presenting briefly the project and its main objectives. The meeting continued with the presentation of the started work packages dealing with project management, dissemination and communication, the identification of relevant biomarkers from existing independent retrospective cohorts, the data analysis and development of Artificial Intelligence algorithms and prognostic scores, the development of the Decision-making tool. Also, the activities related to the Development of the companion diagnostic kit and its exploitation plan were presented even if the starting of the activities is foreseen later on the project.
Partners will meet again for the official kick-off meeting in-person at the end of January 2024, we will update soon about it!
